Football is one of the most popular sports. In many countries, various competitions are held: national, regional, international, continental, and world championships.
Therefore, bookmakers pay special attention to these events. To obtain a financial profit in football betting, a number of factors affecting the game must be taken into account: the composition of the teams, the place of the match, personal meetings, motivation, current events, and predictions. Every aspect must be worked on for both teams. The absence from the football field, for whatever reason, of one or more key players of the team may affect the negative outcome of the match. Let’s analyze what types of football bets exist.
Ordinary – the easiest bets on football matches
This is the least risky way and depends on the end result of the game.
W1 – the victory of the first team, W2 – the victory of the second, X-draw. (English W1, W2, X).
For example, in the Barcelona-Bayern match, a bet was made on the victory of the first team with odds of 1.87. Let’s say Barcelona wins 2-1. With a bet of 100 EUR on W1, the profit will be 87. To minimize the risk, you can use several ordinary ผลบอลสด football bets. The main thing is that the odds are at least 1.5 on each:
- Barcelona-Bayern – P1x1.87
- Juventus-Atletico – P1x1.5.
- Porto Rome – P2x2.0.
- Even if one pair loses, the other two can cover the loss and the result will be a winner.
- If all 3 pairs work: 1.87×100 + 1.5×100 + 2.0×100 = 537 Euros (winner – 237 Euros).
Express Football
The most popular type that can bring big wins to the player. Why are express trains so appealing? The fact that the coefficients of these bets are multiplied.
For instance:
- Spartak-Rubin – 1.3 to 2.2.
- Zenit-Rostov – 1.1 against 4.0.
- Dynamo-Terek – 3.4 to 1.2.
If we assume that the odds favorites will win their encounters (which is very likely), you can make the following bet – 1H1 x 2H1 x 3W2.
In this case, the coefficient will be – 1.3 x 1.1 x 1.2 = 1.72.
From 100 Euros, the profit is 72 Euros. If single bets are used for these three pairs, then 60 euros are won. The lack of express trains is their increased risk. The loss of a position entails the loss of the entire multiple bet.
Totals
The total stake is the number of goals that both teams have scored in the whole match. There is no difference between who won, and who lost, the main thing is to understand what the score will be in the game. Bookmakers use different symbols.
For instance:
- Total plus: VG, O, VG, finished;
- Total minus: TM, U, TM, under.
Numeric values can be both integer and fractional. For example: after two teams meet, the score is 1-2 (3 goals in total). In this case, the win rate will be TB2.5 or TM3.5. If the number of goals scored is 3 and the bet is also 3 (TB3), then the bookmakers return the bet.
Express systems
They are a combination of several express bets. They are not as popular as other types of bets that are more difficult to calculate. Referred to as 2 of 3, 3 of 4 or 2/3, 3/4, 4/5, 2/6, etc. The 2 of 3 option means that the system consists of three express bets, each with two games. The bet wins even if one of the three positions is lost.
Example of three matches:
- Arsenal-Real – P2x1.8.
- Valencia-Milan – P1x2.0.
- Stuttgart-Deportivo – P2x2.2.
The coefficients are 1.8, 2.0, and 2.2. There are 3 express trains: (1.8 and 2.2), (1.8 and 2.0), (2.0 and 2.2). The sum of the 150 Euro bet is divided into 3 positions of 50 Euro each. If an express loses (for example, the second), then the first wins: 1.8 x 2.2 x 50 = 198. The price was 48 euros.
- If the whole system wins, the result will be: 1.8×2.0x50 + 1.8×2.2×50 + 2.0×2.2×50 = 180 + 198 + 220 = 598.
- 448 is the net income. Other systems are calculated in the same way.
Not only beginners but also experienced players get confused with this type of bet. It is difficult to predict at the outset what the gains will be. It can be less than the stake itself.
Time-match – a bet on the outcome, both in the first half and throughout the match. It can be used when the coefficient is low. If the values fluctuate in the region of 1.2 to 1.4, it makes sense to connect the first half. Then these indicators grow (up to 2-3). The risks increase at the same time because the favorite team does not always win in the first half. The following conventions are used:
- P1/P1 – the victory of the first team in the first time of the match.
- P2/P2 – similar to the second team.
- X/P1 – first draw and victory for the second team.
- W2/W1 – the first time, win the second, and win the first in the match.
- Depending on the forecast, the options may be different.
